Job summary

North Carolina Courage is seeking a Ticket Operations Coordinator in Raleigh to manage ticketing requests, transfers, and seat relocations, ensuring a smooth fan experience.

You will support app issues, fulfill complimentary ticket requests, and maintain Courage Cash balances. The role requires strong customer service, familiarity with Ticketmaster/Paciolan, and flexibility for home matches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in ticket sales, membership services, customer success, hospitality, or sports.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Experience with Ticketmaster or Paciolan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build ticket offer links for sales campaigns and promotions.
• Manage inbound ticket operations requests (seat relocations, transfers, app support, member purchases).
• Process and fulfill complimentary ticket requests for front office and staff.
• Manage Community Voucher fulfillment and Courage Cash balances.
• Provide daily ticketing troubleshooting support for sales reps and customers.
