Job summary

North Carolina Courage seeks a Ticket Operations Intern for the 2027 season as part of the ROAR Internship Program. The role is on-site in Raleigh, NC, with 15–20 hours per week, February through November 2027, including evenings and weekends for match events.

The intern will support day-to-day ticketing operations, analytics, CRM data, and fan engagement initiatives, gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing platforms and CRM tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing Department Support: Attend weekly meetings, take notes, and provide solutions and action items.
• Run and manage Asana Boards to track sales analytics and pacing.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and ticket system (JUMP) records.
