Job summary

Salt Lake County Arts and Culture is seeking a Supervisor for the ArtTix ticket office to help manage daily operations and personnel. You will monitor in-house and online ticket sales, coordinate with management and IT, and ensure smooth performance logistics.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with Event Management and clients, and safeguarding receipts and cash funds. A fingerprint-based background check is required for applicants.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience.
• At least six months of computerized ticketing experience.
• Background check via fingerprinting and enrollment in RAP Back program may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the daily operation of the Arts and Culture Division ticket offices at all hours.
• Supervises, hires, and trains all temporary ticket office personnel.
• Coordinates information between ArtTix management, Event Management, clients, patrons, and staff.
• Operates the ticket office during performances, overseeing ticket sales and coordinating information between the client, front of house staff, and patrons.
• Enforces procedures necessary to ensure the safekeeping of ticket office receipts, purchased tickets, and the ticket office cash fund.
