Job summary

Ski Cooper in Leadville, CO seeks a Ticket Office Attendant I to handle guest transactions for Cooper access tickets and passes. This winter seasonal role is based primarily indoors with some outdoor exposure at altitude.

You will greet guests, answer inquiries by phone, learn the full range of Cooper ticket offerings, and collaborate with a team to deliver friendly service. A high school diploma and 18+ are required, with PTO and employee discounts included.

Working conditions

The Ticket Office Attendant I position is based primarily inside, but may also be outside exposed to temperature extremes (above 85 degrees and below 20 degrees), sun and wind exposure, inclement weather (rain, snow, ice) and high altitudes (10,500+ feet).

Physical requirements

Must be able to walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain, climb/descend even/uneven/slippery terrain, climb/descend stairs, stand and/or sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift objects that may be heavy, etc.

Seasonal Status

This is a winter seasonal position with an expected season of early December 2026 through late March-early April 2026. Employment in subsequent seasons is not guaranteed. Be sure to speak with your supervisor if you desire to return the next season.
