Description

Duties and responsibilities

• Become familiar with the Cooper parking operations system
• Implement the Cooper parking operations system as directed by the Parking Supervisor
• Advise Parking Supervisor of locations where snow removal/sand may be needed in the lot based on conditions
• Provide information to inquiring guests: directions, prices, locations of services, etc.
• Snow removal/sand spreading by hand at parking lot locations in need
• Any other tasks assigned

• Must be 14+ years old
• Ability to stay focused and take direction from supervisor without hesitation
• Ability to remain aware of surroundings at all times (parking lots can be potentially dangerous)

Working conditions

The parking Attendant position is based primarily outside and is exposed to temperature extremes (above 85 degrees and below 20 degrees), sun and wind exposure, inclement weather (rain, snow, ice) and high altitudes (10,500+ feet).

Physical requirements

Must be able to walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain, climb/descend even/uneven/slippery terrain, climb/descend stairs, stand and/or sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift objects that may be heavy.

Seasonal Status

This is a winter seasonal position with an expected season of early December 2026 through Late March to mid April 2027. Employment in subsequent seasons is not guaranteed. Be sure to speak with your supervisor if you desire to return the next season.

Note 2: Ability to commute/relocate.Ski Cooper HR and/or your hiring manager can help refer you to housing resources; however,
we do not have employee housing available at this time.
