Job summary

Ticket Office Assistant

Texas Athletics Ticket Office is looking for individuals to provide quality service experience while assisting customers with ticket sales and mobile resolution.

Purpose

Provide excellent customer service while handling ticket sales and resolving issues related to ticketing for Texas Athletics events.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with building and strengthening customer relations with fans of Texas Athletics.
  • Assist customers on gameday with ticket resolution and perform gameday ticket office duties as needed.
  • Assist with programming, charging, and placing ticketing pedestal and handheld scanner placement for athletics events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be available for varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must have computer skills and experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to take and accurately follow instructions.
  • Must be able to maintain a friendly, service attitude at all times.
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in ticketing operations.
  • Knowledge of Paciolan ticketing system a plus.
Salary Range

$15/hour+ depending on qualifications and experience.

Working Conditions
  • Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.
  • Use of manual dexterity.
  • Climbing of stairs.
Work Shift
  • Work opportunities occur at all times of the day and on weekends.
