Job summary

Fremont Experience in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to handle ticket sales duties and guest service at the ticket office. You will greet guests, assist with online and kiosk purchases, and help with wristbands and receipts.

Responsibilities include cash handling, operating the POS system, assisting with merchandise, and ensuring safety and accuracy across transactions. Training provided and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly, courteous manner with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to correctly and safely use cleaning solutions and solvents.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the ticket office and assist with online or kiosk purchases.
• Handle cash and credit transactions and balance the money drawer.
• Operate a POS ticketing system for ticketing and merchandise sales/returns.
• Assist guests at self-service kiosks and ensure safety of riders by checking weights and alcohol use.
• Stock merchandise and manage wristbands and receipts as needed.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and maintain clean guest areas.
