Job summary

LTM is seeking a TIBCO Middleware Administrator in Irving, TX (Hybrid – 3 days). You will install, configure, and maintain TIBCO BW, EMS, TEA and Hawk, and manage middleware deployments, patches, and migrations across environments.

Ensure SSL, security, and connectivity compliance while supporting production readiness. Responsibilities include monitoring health and performance, troubleshooting incidents, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with TIBCO middleware components (BW, EMS, Hawk, TEA, Admin).
• Hands-on of SSL cert management, security and connectivity.
• Proficient in shell scripting and automation for deployments and patches.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer and maintain TIBCO BW, EMS, TEA, Hawk and related middleware components.
• Perform middleware build, deployment, patching, upgrades and migrations across environments.
• Configure EMS queues, topics, routes, bridges, clustering and HA environments.

Title: TIBCO Middleware Administrator

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid – 3 days)

• Install configure administer and maintain TIBCO Business Works BW EMS Administrator TEA Hawk and related middleware components
• Perform middleware build deployment patching upgrades and migration activities across environments
• Configure and manage EMS queues topics routes bridges clustering and High Availability HA environments
• Implement SSL certificates firewall rules and secure connectivity requirements for applications
• Support infrastructure onboarding application deployments and production cutover activities
• Monitor middleware health capacity availability and performance perform tuning and optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve middlewarerelated incidents including P1P2 production issues and major incidents
• Execute change management activities and ensure successful production implementations
• Coordinate with application infrastructure network database and vendor teams for issue resolution
• Manage COB testing validation activities and production readiness checks
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security audit and operational standards
• Create and maintain SOPs technical documentation and operational runbooks
