Job summary

LTM is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Irving, TX (Hybrid) to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, convert them into technical specs and user stories, and collaborate with developers and architects to implement robust systems.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication, and experience with SQL/Excel/Tableau for data analysis in capital markets contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team As a Technical Business Analyst you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements analyze processes and design technical solutions to meet those needs The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed technical solutions

Work closely with software developers architects and other technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs

Create and maintain detailed documentation including requirements documents process flows and technical design documents

Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements discuss technical solutions and gather feedback

Perform data analysis and modeling to support business decisionmaking and identify opportunities for process improvement

Ensure that technical solutions align with industry best practices standards and regulatory requirements

Provide support and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation and testing

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry and make recommendations for innovation and improvement

Requirements

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Business Administration or related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on technical projects

Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall

Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar

Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL Excel or Tableau

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment

Certification in Business Analysis or Agile is a plus
