Job summary

A global technology consulting firm based in Irving, TX is seeking a Sr. L2 Production Support Consultant. This role involves providing 24/7 support and requires experience in Linux shell scripting and Oracle, with knowledge of ITIL certification preferred. • Well versed with Incident life cycle management.
• PMR process handling and Problem life cycle management.
• Experience with Change management Releases and Deployments.
• Good at root cause analysis and providing temporary and permanent solutions.
• Coordinate with L3 and development teams to implement solutions.
• Any programming or DevOps experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support in a 24x7 environment.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents with efficient root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with development and L3 teams for permanent fixes.
• Handle change releases and deployment activities.
• Assist in PMR and problem management processes.
