The ideal candidate has 5+ years in superintendent roles, strong leadership, knowledge of OSHA and building codes, and excellent communication with clients, architects, and crews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a construction superintendent role, preferably TI projects.
• Proven track record of completing projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines, building codes, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication with diverse teams and clients.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion per plans.
• Review specs to determine cost-effective methods.
• Develop and adjust project work plans.
• Ensure on-site activities meet specs, quality, safety.
• Coordinate and supervise crew and subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections to ensure schedule and quality.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and meetings.
• Resolve conflicts, delays, or emergencies on site.
• Prepare budget estimates, progress, and cost reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized worksite.
