Michael Page US is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead tenant improvements and open-store remodels, from planning through successful delivery. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Experience with TI/open-store remodel projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant improvement and open-store remodel projects from initial planning through successful completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders.
• Partner with field teams to keep projects on schedule and ensure milestones are met.
• Work with project teams to identify ways to improve processes and project delivery and take on greater responsibility.
