Qualifications

5+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience.
Experience leading Tenant Improvement (TI) projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout.
Manage TI projects to ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards.
Develop and communicate project schedules, milestones, and look-ahead plans.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel for efficient execution.
Manage site logistics in active or occupied environments.
Review drawings and specs to foresee challenges and protect schedule.
Maintain daily reports, inspections, and closeout activities.
Collaborate with PMs, estimators, owners, architects, and engineers.
