Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of coaching at collegiate or professional level.
• Ability to work with a diverse student population.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing practices and instruction for throwing events.
• Develop competition-day strategies and scouting reports.
• Assist with travel, meets, and home meet duties.
• Manage equipment and support with events and communications.
