Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice or multi-state eNLC license.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience.
• BSN/ASN or diploma; BSN completed within 5 years if enrolled.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process with shift accountability.
• Review patient information by phone with physician to determine admission level.
• Apply clinical knowledge and critical thinking to ensure safe transfers.
• Mentor staff and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Communicate clearly with care team and document accurately.
