Job summary

Reconstructing Judaism is seeking an Associate for Ritualwell & Thriving Communities to join the Thriving Communities department. You will support program operations, communications, and the Ritualwell platform, ensuring excellent participant experiences across 87 congregations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communications skills.
• Attention to detail and tech-savviness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and logistics for Thriving Communities and Ritualwell programs.
• Support participant communications and issue resolution; manage refunds and cancellations.
• Produce reports and maintain participant records in Salesforce and related systems.
• Maintain the program calendar and assist with scheduling events and programs.
• Coordinate Zoom logistics and post-program communications.
