Job summary

The coordinator will prepare briefing materials, track performance metrics, and support federal reporting requirements, while coordinating evaluation activities to advance rural health

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management principles including planning, scheduling, budgeting, governance, and risk management.
• Experience developing or implementing cross-agency policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of healthcare workforce development or public health initiatives is a plus.
• Strong data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic project plans, timelines, and implementation across THRIVE program components.
