Job summary

State of Iowa seeks a Community Services Program Manager for Thrive Iowa to join the HHS, FWBP division. The role involves assessing community needs, planning, and implementing prevention-focused initiatives to connect Iowans with resources.

The ideal candidate will analyze data, coordinate with partners, oversee contracts, and support Thrive Iowa sites. Flexibility with some evenings and telework may be possible, with management approval.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze a variety of information and data from diverse sources.
• Experience planning data collection and program evaluation.
• Ability to build networks and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and oversee partnerships.
• Strong written and oral communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess community needs and plan Thrive Iowa initiatives.
• Coordinate data collection, program reporting, and monitoring procedures.
• Oversight of partnerships and contracts for new and established programs.
• Support Thrive Iowa sites to ensure program success.
