Job summary

Orlando Eye is seeking a Rides Host to deliver exceptional guest service and share knowledge about our attractions. You will engage with guests to create memorable experiences while promoting safety, compliance, and a fun atmosphere.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work in loud environments. Applicants must be 18+, with 6 months to 1 year in entertainment or customer service backgrounds. Training provided. USD 15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6 months – 1 year experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Maintain Licenses and Certifications a high level of enthusiasm while doing repetitive work.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic guest service and share knowledge of products.
• Assist guests on and off rides with safety as priority.
• Conduct daily ride safety checks and report concerns.
• Monitor queues and enforce ride restrictions.
• Maintain clean public areas and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with other ride operators.
• Handle ride breakdowns and evacuations as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
