Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Cathedral City, CA is seeking a part-time Ride Operator to manage rides and deliver a memorable guest experience. You will monitor and assist with rides, enforce height and age requirements, and ensure safe loading and unloading.

The role requires 18+ years of age, flexible evenings and weekends, and a safety-focused mindset. Training includes iROC certification; perks include free bowling and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Night and weekend availability.
• Ability to follow all Federal, State, manufacturer, and local regulations regarding rides.
• Ability to interact with guests of all ages.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Must complete Internation Ride Operator Certification (iROC) training at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a fun and professional manner.
• Monitor and operate rides, ensuring proper safety restraints and loading procedures.
• Enforce height/weight/age requirements for rides and verify wristbands.
• Conduct pre- shift safety checks and report issues promptly.
• Maintain guest safety and provide excellent customer service.
