Responsibilities

• Greet and guide guests, assist with ride boarding/exiting, and monitor elevator capacities.
• Explain safety and loading procedures to guests; ensure understanding and compliance.
• Monitor guest queues and maintain cleanliness of pre-loading areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Identify and accommodate guests with special needs; report issues to leads or supervisors.
• Follow all operational, safety, and emergency procedures consistently.
• Ensure proper ride capacity and track ride traffic as required.
• Create a fun and welcoming environment that enhances guest experience.
• Comply with gaming laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
