Job summary

Savers in Bensalem, PA seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee operations for a busy warehouse processing center and its store network. You will direct production, inventory, and distribution activities, lead Area Supervisors, and drive continuous improvement to meet efficiency goals.

You’ll manage safety, quality, and team development, coach staff, and ensure loss prevention and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience or equivalent in industrial management.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, production initiatives, and all processes for a single warehouse processing center.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate processing to meet continuous improvement goals.
• Manage the production function led by Area Supervisors.
• Set daily performance objectives and manage production team toward targets.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors on quality control and flow optimization.
• Maintain the backstock strategy and recycling program.
