Job summary

Savers is seeking a Store Manager in Philadelphia, PA, to lead a dynamic team and drive store performance. You will manage day-to-day operations, coaching staff, and ensuring excellent customer and donor experiences while meeting sales, donations, and profitability targets.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong analytics, and a commitment to Savers’ mission of reuse and community impact. This role is based on-site with comprehensive onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School diploma; post-secondary degree preferred.
• 3+ years of results-driven retail store management experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills; proficient with Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and team operations to meet sales and donor targets.
• Lead scheduling, training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Monitor store metrics and implement promotional and merchandising plans.
• Ensure loss prevention, safety, and customer/donor satisfaction.
• Collaborate with community partners and drive store initiatives.
