Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, production initiatives, inventory, and distribution for a single warehouse.
• Set daily performance objectives and optimize line efficiency, scheduling, and material use.
• Collaborate with area supervisors to improve processing and sales data.
• Manage warehouse safety, equipment upkeep, and loss prevention.
• Lead, train, and coach the production team for safety and productivity.
• Coordinate backstock strategy and recycling programs to minimize waste.
