Job summary

Savers in Philadelphia is seeking a Store Manager to lead overall store operations, drive sales and donations, and manage the team to meet financial targets.

You will supervise the management team, optimize staffing, train staff, and uphold Savers values while delivering exceptional customer and donor experiences. A High School diploma and 3+ years of retail leadership are preferred, with strong communication and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma: post-Secondary degree/diploma preferred.
• 3+ years results-driven retail store management, or industrial management experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance in sales, donations, expenses and profits.
• Lead, coach and develop the store management team and staff.
• Plan staffing, recruit, select and train team members at all levels.
• Ensure execution of merchandising standards and seasonal promotions.
• Deliver excellent customer and donor service.
• Maintain loss prevention and safety standards.
• Represent Savers in the local market and uphold company values.
