Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Sales and Production Associate to work in a production store. You will help maintain a welcoming environment, process donations, and assist with daily store operations.

Responsibilities include stocking, pricing, sorting merchandise, and assisting customers on the sales floor. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Maintain clean and organized sales floor and merchandise displays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a pleasant and hospitable work environment and maintain good customer relationships.
• Assist with store operations.
• Serve all customers courteously and efficiently.
• Handle all donations with care and donors with respect.
• Maintain proper merchandise categories and color coding.
• Ensure store is stocked according to the ARC Rag Out Calendar.
• Clean and maintain store property.
• Immediately report theft, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
