Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Mentor, Ohio is seeking a Sales and Production Associate to work on the sales floor and in the production area. You will help maintain a clean, organized store environment, assist customers, process donations, and support the thrift operations to ensure a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities include stocking, pricing, tagging, and routing merchandise, while upholding customer service standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or donation center operations preferred.
• Ability to provide courteous, efficient service to customers.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a pleasant and hospitable work environment and maintain good customer relationships.
• Assist, as required, with store operations.
• Serve all customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle all donations with care and donors with respect and courtesy.
• Sort, price, stock and rag out merchandise and other areas as directed.
• Maintain merchandise displays as directed.
• Report theft or safety concerns to management.
• Follow cash handling and security standards for the cash register operations.
