Salt & Light is seeking a Sales Floor Assistant Manager to oversee thrift store operations in Urbana, IL. You will supervise staff and volunteers, manage the sales floor, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain a welcoming environment aligned with our mission to fight poverty with dignity.

This role requires a high school diploma, retail management experience, and a heart for serving others through the Gospel. Position offers full-time hours with health coverage and benefits.
