Job summary

Red White and Blue Thrift is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager and oversee daily sales-floor operations. You will lead the team, coach staff, and ensure efficient cashier operations while driving sales targets and maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication, customer service excellence, and inventory/merchandising oversight to enhance the thrift store experience for customers and donors alike.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication skills.
• Experience supervising retail teams and coaching staff.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office, Teams and Outlook.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; prior thrift/retail exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales floor.
• Supervise and mentor retail team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Manage inventory levels, pricing, and merchandising on the floor.
