Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is seeking a part-time Production Associate to help process donations, price and tag merchandise, and move items to the sales floor. You will work under the Production Manager to meet daily quotas while supporting sales and profitability.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand long periods, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. This is a team-oriented position in a retail environment dedicated to community service.

• Experience with retail or thrift store operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidelines for testing, cleaning, pricing and tagging merchandise.
• Work under supervision to process up to 8 hours per day in assigned shifts.
• Sort, hang and tag clothing at a rate of 80+ pieces per hour.
• Assist volunteers and connect with supervisor for extra help.
• Maintain safe and organized processing spaces in all areas.
• Serve as backup on sales floor and donation bay when needed.
• Hours may vary with evenings and weekends; be a reliable team player.
