Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to assist with TurnStyles donations, process merchandise through inspection and pricing, and move items to the sales floor.

You will work under the Production Manager to meet daily output targets while upholding mission values. We offer a benefits package and a supportive, collaborative team environment, with starting wages of $16–$18 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must complete VIRTUS training, background screening, drug testing, and ongoing training as required.
• High school education preferred.
• One year of retail, nonprofit, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate the store’s computer system and process information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with donation intake and greet donors to provide receipts.
• Assist on donation pickups and furniture delivery when needed.
• Price and label items for the sales floor.
• Ensure donations are processed according to policy and procedures.
• Support staff and management as assigned.
