Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is seeking a full-time Production Associate to support TurnStyles donations, inspect and price items, and move merchandise from the donation bay to the sales floor under the supervision of the Production Manager. The role emphasizes accuracy, donor courtesy, and adherence to agency and TurnStyles policies.

You will help meet daily item quotes, assist with donor interactions, and maintain store operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a passion for the mission of Catholic Charities.
• Must be willing to perform by the agency’s values: love, patience, kindness, faithfulness, self-control and joy.
• Must complete VIRTUS training, background screening, drug testing, and any ongoing training as required.
• One year of retail, non-profit, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that each donor and customer receives superior service.
• Greet donors upon arrival and offer donation receipts.
• Assist with donation pickups and furniture delivery as needed.
• Process donations in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Assist staff with pricing and labeling of items to track shelf life.
• Support TurnStyles management and adhere to TurnStyles policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
