Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or currently pursuing
• Experience following and giving direction
• Basic math skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Direct and ensure completion of daily production tasks and supervise team members
• Train new team members on production expectations and processes
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet standards
• Track and report production metrics and manage inventory control
• Maintain organized workspaces and support safety protocols
• Communicate with store management to align operations and address concerns
