Job summary

Fresno Mission seeks a Thrift Store Key Holder to open/close the store, oversee shift staff, and address customer service issues. You will train for all roles you supervise and manage product and supplies. You must promote a Christian witness and align with the mission’s beliefs.

Responsibilities include supervising sales, inventory tasks, and cash reconciliation, while ensuring safe, organized, and welcoming shopping experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• A mature walk with Jesus Christ and able to articulate Biblical beliefs and their application within the Fresno Mission context.
• Must be able to train staff across positions and oversee store operations.
• Knowledge of customer service, sales, and merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Direct and supervise employees in sales, inventory, and cash handling.
• Monitor sales activity to ensure quality service and goods.
