Job summary

You will lead staff and volunteers, train personnel, maintain adequate staffing, enforce safety and building maintenance, handle pricing and money deposits, and ensure high levels of customer service and quality control to meet community expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Not less than 3 years of retail management experience.
• Not less than 2 years of supervisory experience or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily thrift store operations and staff.
• Manages personnel, property, store setup, and back-room processing.
• Ensures product quality and meets customer expectations.
• Provides high levels of customer service and trains staff.
• Maintains adequate staffing to meet store demands.
• Supervises retail associates and fosters teamwork.
• Ensures safety and building maintenance compliance.
• Performs pricing and processes monetary deposits.
• Acts as a mandated abuse reporter.
• May perform other duties to improve efficiency.
