Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of store management experience.
• Must pass background checks, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet MVR requirements.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds regularly and occasionally 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations Management: open/close, cash handling, staff supervision, policy compliance.
• Inventory & Merchandising: supervise sorting, pricing, display of donated goods.
• Customer Service: address inquiries and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Sales & Marketing: develop promotions and events to drive revenue.
• Facility Maintenance: ensure building condition and coordinate repairs.
• Community & Donor Relations: build relationships to enhance donations and mission.
