Work week is Tuesday to Saturday; wage range $45,277–$50,000 annually. Candidates must pass background checks, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet MVR requirements. On-site role in Grand Rapids, MN.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of store management experience.
• Previous experience managing budgets and processing cash.
• Must pass background checks, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations Management: open/close procedures, cash handling, staff supervision, and policy compliance.
• Inventory & Merchandising: supervise sorting, pricing, and display of donated goods for optimal inventory and appeal.
• Customer Service: ensure high customer satisfaction and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Sales & Marketing: develop and implement merchandising strategies, promotions, and sales events to drive revenue.
• Facility Maintenance: ensure building and property are well maintained and coordinate repairs.
• Community & Donor Relations: build relationships with donors, businesses, and community organizations to boost donations and promote The Salvation Army’s mission.
