The Thrift Store Manager provides leadership and oversight to Sheepgate’s thriftstore operations, ensuring excellence in customer experience, financial stewardship, and mission impact. The Thrift Store Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations including sales performance, merchandising, donation intake, staff and volunteer supervision, inventory control, and operational systems. This individual ensures the store runs efficiently, remains clean and organized, and reflects Sheepgate’s values in every interaction.

As one of Sheepgate’s micro-enterprises, the thrift store directly supports life-change for men and women overcoming addiction.
