Job summary

Jubilee Ministries in Myerstown, PA is seeking team members who share our Christian faith to help at the store and dock. You will provide excellent customer service, operate the register, process donations, and keep shelves neat while upholding our mission.

With a schedule Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, the role offers a supportive, faith-centered environment. Compensation starts at $14.00 per hour, with benefits including PTO, health coverage, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
• Operate the register as scheduled.
• Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
• Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
• Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized.
• Process donations according to policy.
• Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
• Be part of staff meetings and team building.
