Job summary

Jubilee Ministries Inc. is seeking a compassionate Store Associate to deliver excellent customer service at our storefront and dock in a faith-centered environment.

You will help process donations, operate the register, and support management in resolving customer concerns while upholding our mission and core values. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a heart for service in daily operations.

Responsibilities

Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
Operate the register as scheduled.
Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
Keep shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and keep store and dock clean and organized.
Process donations according to policy.
Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
Be part of staff meetings and team building.
