Qualifications

• 2+ years external management experience or 6 months Goodwill team lead experience.
• Experience in retail sales or potential for progression through responsibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in retail management.
• Experience with personal computers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Plan and direct all phases of store operation to maximize sales and profitability.
• Meet budget and sales goals by controlling costs and expenses.
• Establish a community presence by building customer relationships.
