You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, ensuring policies are followed and budgets are met to maximize sales and profitability. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• The ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays is a must
• Previous experience in retail management
• Experience with personal computers

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations at the Belden Village, Ohio location
• Plan and direct all phases of store operation to achieve maximum sales and profitability
• Establish the store as a community partner by developing relationships with customers and creating a positive rapport
