Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc. in Massillon, Ohio is hiring a Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager with daily operations, drive sales, control costs, and meet budget and goals.

You will foster community relationships, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to a rewarding, diverse work environment with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years external management experience or 6 months Goodwill team lead experience.
• Experience in retail sales or potential for progression through responsibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in retail management.
• Experience with personal computers.

Basic Requirements

• 2 plus years of prior external management experience or a minimum of 6 months of Goodwill team lead experience
• Experience in retail sales or demonstrated potential for management as evidenced by successful progression through the position of increasing responsibility and authority
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• The ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays is a must
• Previous experience in retail management
• Experience with personal computers
