Qualifications

• Thrift/retail/warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle heavy lifting and sort donated items by department.
• Open bags or boxes and sort into appropriate tubs or bins.
• Assess each item's condition to determine suitability for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Communicate with team and coordinate sorting operations.
• Help achieve daily sorting targets and assist with other tasks as needed.
