Flashpoint is a leader in threat intelligence and risk management, seeking a customer-centric Mid-Market Account Manager to drive retention and expansion for commercial clients. This role emphasizes leveraging Flashpoint's intelligence to protect assets and maximize client value.

You will own post-sale success, manage renewals, articulate ROI, and identify new use cases (CTI, PSI, VulnDB) to expand footprint while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Account Management or B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience renewing and expanding enterprise contracts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and strategic storytelling skills.
• Ability to articulate ROI and value to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive post-sale handoff and ensure value realization.
• Manage renewal pipeline and mitigate churn with ROI messaging.
• Identify new use cases and product opportunities to expand footprint.
• Track customer engagement, satisfaction and NPS; address risks.
• Maintain regular executive-level communication to reinforce value.
• Lead consultative conversations translating Flashpoint outcomes into business value.
