Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Cyber Threat Hunter expert for a Full-time on-site role at Fort Shafter, HI, with TS/SCI clearance. You will deliver IT security solutions through consulting projects from initiation to invoicing and interface with clients to scope work and manage costs.

The role requires strong threat hunting, SOC experience, and knowledge of Trellix security products, along with mentoring peers and delivering training as needed.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cyber threats, attack vectors, and countermeasures.
• Experience in Security Operations Center to monitor alerts and remediate issues.
• Knowledge of incident management processes related to threats and vulnerabilities.
• Experience with Threat Hunting plans, briefings, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed IT security solutions through consulting projects from initiation to invoicing.
• Create end-of-engagement reports describing engagement findings and analysis.
• Develop and maintain intellectual capital around Trellix product lines.
• Mentor consultants and deliver training as needed.
• Interact with clients and internal teams to scope work and manage costs.
