Core Duties

• Configure thread rolling machinery in alignment with production requirements and job orders.
• Drive production efficiency and safety by operating equipment to meet output goals.
• Verify the quality and dimensional accuracy of all completed parts.
• Utilize micrometers, calipers, and various gauges to validate that components meet exact specifications.
• Perform necessary calculations to determine precise product dimensions and lengths.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure consistent product excellence.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for the entire team.
• Adhere to all established operating, quality, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Assist in the safe transport of materials and finished goods across the facility.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in manufacturing, thread rolling, or machine setup.
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in shop math and measurement techniques.
• Hands-on experience with gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
• Capacity to interpret written instructions, measurements, and production orders.
• High level of organizational skill and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience operating a forklift is considered an asset.
• Minimum of a GED or high school diploma, with technical training being advantageous.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop consistently during your shift.
• Ability to regularly lift and transport items weighing 50 pounds or more.
