Job summary

TPA technologies is seeking a ThoughtSpot Analytics Engineer / Solutions Architect to design and optimize enterprise analytics solutions. You will build ThoughtSpot data models, dashboards, and Liveboards, manage platform administration, and empower users with self-service analytics.

The role requires 4+ years in BI/analytics, Hands-on ThoughtSpot, and strong SQL skills. You will lead data modeling, reporting solutions, and collaborate across data engineering and business teams.

We are seeking a ThoughtSpot Analytics Engineer / Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise analytics solutions. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining ThoughtSpot data models, creating business-facing dashboards and Liveboards, managing platform administration, and enabling users to leverage self-service analytics.

This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with backgrounds such as Analytics Engineer, Solutions Architect, BI Consultant, BI Architect, BI/Analytics Lead Engineer, or BI Developer/Architect.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Visualization, Data Architecture, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with ThoughtSpot.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and data warehouse architectures.
• Experience building semantic layers, data models, worksheets, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data integration concepts.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into analytics solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other modern BI platforms.
• Background in BI architecture, enterprise reporting, or analytics consulting.
• Experience establishing governance and best practices for analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based data ecosystems.
