Job description

Administration Platform Ownership

• Oversee ThoughtSpot SaaS and on‑prem environments including upgrades, monitoring, scaling and high‑availability configurations
• Manage user provisioning, SSO/IAM integration, RBAC/ABAC policies and enterprise compliance requirements (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, GxP)
• Implement governance controls with audit trails, usage monitoring and security compliance dashboards
• Partner with development teams to ensure cloud cost optimization and performance SLAs are consistently met

Development Analytics Enablement

• Develop and maintain Worksheets, Liveboards, Pinboards and SpotApps to support business teams
• Build ThoughtSpot Modeling Language (TML) assets with reusable, governed logic
• Design row‑level and column‑level security for sensitive datasets
• Embed analytics into enterprise applications (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, custom portals) using APIs and SDKs
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize queries on Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse, Redshift and other modern data warehouses

Automation DevOps

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for TML objects with GitHub
• Automate content migration, backup and provisioning using ThoughtSpot APIs, scripting (Python, PowerShell) and orchestration tools
• Deploy self‑healing automation frameworks to monitor query failures, broken dashboards and license consumption
• Integrate ThoughtSpot with workflow engines (Airflow, ADF, ControlM, Alteryx) for data pipeline orchestration

AI Advanced Analytics

• Enable SpotIQ and ThoughtSpot Sage AI‑powered insights and natural language querying to maximize adoption
• Collaborate with data science teams to embed ML models into ThoughtSpot workflows, predictive dashboards, anomaly detection and recommendation engines
• Integrate ThoughtSpot with enterprise AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) for conversational BI experiences
• Build AI‑driven automation for anomaly detection, predictive analytics and proactive report generation
• Evaluate and implement generative AI use cases within ThoughtSpot for data storytelling, automated insights and natural‑language to SQL translation
