Job summary

TPA technologies is seeking a ThoughtSpot Analytics Engineer / Solutions Architect to design and optimize enterprise analytics solutions. You will build ThoughtSpot data models, dashboards, and Liveboards, manage platform administration, and empower users with self-service analytics.

The role requires 4+ years in BI/analytics, Hands-on ThoughtSpot, and strong SQL skills. You will lead data modeling, reporting solutions, and collaborate across data engineering and business teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BI, analytics engineering, data visualization, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot.
• Strong SQL skills and data integration understanding.
• Experience building data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ThoughtSpot analytics solutions using Snowflake and enterprise data warehouses.
• Configure and maintain data connections between ThoughtSpot and semantic/data layers.
• Create and manage joins, relationships, worksheets, formulas, and data models.
• Develop business-facing searches, answers, and Liveboards to support reporting and analytics.
• Administer and maintain the ThoughtSpot platform, including user access, security, governance, and monitoring.
• Establish best practices, standards, and documentation for ThoughtSpot development and deployment.
• Train business users and analysts on ThoughtSpot functionality, searches, filters, formulas, and visualization customization.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable self-service analytics.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for ThoughtSpot implementations and enhancements.
